Our fully integrated in-house Design Studio was the first of its kind in the province. We know that building a home is one thing, but ensuring that it reflects your taste and priorities is another. The world of design is a sea of choices and we help you navigate through them to arrive at the right design solutions. We walk you through our modern Design Studio and help you choose from a wide range of quality options for everything from cabinetry to flooring, doors to fixtures – and if we don’t have it in-house, we can get it for you. We help you modify choices over the life of the project. When you walk into your new home, you will be assured that everything comes together beautifully and on budget.

OUR PROCESS

Once you’ve committed to building a Karwood home, your design journey begins. Our qualified team members are here to guide you through the design and construction process, handling your project from concept through completion. This way, you avoid the confusion and time spent running around town making selections. We help you evaluate your options, with the aid of many samples and materials on display — offering unlimited shopping under one roof. During construction, if you request changes, these are documented, signed and coordinated in the Design Studio and all parties receive timely notifications. Once you make a decision, the price never changes.
