At Karwood, we offer a third-party warranty from the Atlantic New Home Warranty Program. It includes first-year coverage for materials and workmanship and seven-year major structural coverage. The Karwood difference? Unlike most builders, we offer scheduled warranty appointments. We have an in-house warranty coordinators to answer your questions and schedule appointments.
